Office Policy
Office Hours
Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: By Appointment Only
Saturday through Sunday: Closed
We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
We try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact Dr. Beacham provides many types of endodontic services, various circumstances may lengthen the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Please call us with any questions or to schedule an appointment.
Fees
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also offer a financing option through Care Credit.
We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 406-656-8300. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
Insurance Information
In our office, we offer high-quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients. We accept all insurance plans but are not contracted with any insurance companies. If you have any questions regarding insurance payment or coverage, please call our office at 406-656-8300.
The extent of your dental insurance coverage is an agreement between you or your employer and your insurance company. We will do our best to estimate what your root canal procedure or procedures will cost and provide that estimate to you. We will also work with your insurance company to estimate the amount of insurance money that will be allowed for your claim. Once Dr. Stevens is able to assess your dental needs, you will be given the cost of your recommended procedure or procedures. Again, we will work with your insurance company and keep you advised of their response.
Our goal is to provide you with the best endodontic treatment available to you. We will work with you to educate you and ensure that the best treatment is provided by our office. We ask that you make payment at the time services are provided.
